We booked a Club King room and were given one on the 5th floor. There were tiles lifting on the floor of the bedroom. There was no fitted sheet on the bed and the bottom sheet didn't even go to the end of the mattress. I phoned to ask for a new sheet and was transferred to some number that never ...

ULIV Mexico City
Everything was great except for the acoustics. I could hear every footstep from the hallways. Hallway was echoey and the room doors are not properly sealed, so you hear every thing from the hallway.
