"This hotel is very impressive. Very nice front desk (except for the manager who doesn't acknowledge guests or smiles, but the other girls were charming). Rooms are excellent and interiors were nice. Buffet was ok, good thing the following day was a different menu. I told the manager on the buffet area that the bacon was so hard but he didnโ€™t care. On the second day, i waited until they put a new batch but it was the same, seemed like they made whole bunch and just left them in the kitchen to go hard. Cooks/chef should re-learn the way of making bacon crispy. Fruits were lame - just 2 same kind (apple slices and watermelon), should have bananas and other fruits for the PRICE we pay for breakfast.I know this is โ€œMandarinโ€ but breakfast options should have more Filipino dishes like the โ€œsilogsโ€ because thatโ€™s what most balikbayans are craving for. But overall, this is the only hotel in Cebu that i would stay again and I go back here in the Philippines every year. Other hotels, I will never stay again but this one, I was satisfied."

"We had a breakfast included with our stay. Housekeeping did an amazing job with the cleanlinessof the hotel and out room. There were some issues with the hot water when taking a shower but it was tolerable. Played a few rounds in the casino which was fun. Over all the staff went out of their way to give the customer a great experience!"

"Good location and the lounge on the top floor is pleasant and food reasonable. There is some construction at the neighboring mall that diminishes the view but I didn't notice any noise so not a bit issue for me. I suspect when it is all done the hotel will have a nice direct connection to the mall so that would be a nice plus."

"The place was clean and comfortable for two people max. The only downside is the communication between the host. It takes at least 24hrs to get a reply back. Honestly, if you are staying for few days 5 days max, it should be no problem as you would not need cleaning or fresh towels. I would have given this place 5 out of 5 if I was staying for 5 days or less. I booked for almost a month. If you stay more than a week then I recommend looking for other places as communication is poor. I asked for cleaning once a week but not once did they clean the place to vacuum even when I asked for it. They only changed bed sheets and gave one towel per week. Also there is a swimming pool and they only give one towel per person. They should give one towel for bathroom shower and one for the swimming pool. I literally had to beg every week for extra towels. So my verdict is that if you stay 5 days or less this is a great place. Stay more than that then I suggest somewhere else."
