"The hotel has " quiet houe" which are NOT enforced. Suggest you do not advertise quiet hours if youre not willing to enforce them. Reserved a room with balcony but did not get it. Price is too high for the quality of services given. Made a reservation via Expedia therefore, the hotel informed me that I had to go through Expedia to add an additional room stay (i.e., which they had available) and had to book at a different location for the additional night."

"Great pool. Nice grounds. Super nice and helpful staff. Missed a day cleaning the room, though. Restaurant opens late, so you have to walk downtown to get fresh coffee. Also closes early, so food needs to be figured out. They have fridges."

Bud, Jimmy and Buds granddaughter were all so helpful and welcoming, we traveled as a family of four, we have two adult children and they did not hesitate to bring us an extra cot/bed and extra pillow and blankets… Thank you Glenmore hotel!!! The hotel is charming and be prepared to walk up stairs (4 flights for us) so if your disabled or elderly you might double think this one or ask for a bottom...
