Bud, Jimmy and Buds granddaughter were all so helpful and welcoming, we traveled as a family of four, we have two adult children and they did not hesitate to bring us an extra cot/bed and extra pillow and blankets… Thank you Glenmore hotel!!! The hotel is charming and be prepared to walk up stairs (4 flights for us) so if your disabled or elderly you might double think this one or ask for a bottom...

"The hotel has " quiet houe" which are NOT enforced. Suggest you do not advertise quiet hours if youre not willing to enforce them. Reserved a room with balcony but did not get it. Price is too high for the quality of services given. Made a reservation via Expedia therefore, the hotel informed me that I had to go through Expedia to add an additional room stay (i.e., which they had available) and had to book at a different location for the additional night."

"We would have enjoyed the stay if not for the dozens of cockroaches we found in the kitchen area on the second night of our 2 night stay because we used the stove and microwave. Yuck!! With the proper fumigation, this place would be fantastic."
