"The balcony barely had an ocean view. There was rust in the bathroom and tiles on the floor were cracked. Did not get room cleaned, or fresh towels, or trash taken out the two nights we were there. We had to go to the lobby to ask for fresh towels and then they never picked up the old towels. We had ants in our sheets and they were there before we got in them And we did not eat in the beds.
