"No pool. No coffee or ice water in the lobby. The air conditioning in the lobby was broken for a month. The AC in my room worked, but was loud and smelled like it had never been maintained. The steak I ordered was cold. I had to ask for extra pillows 3 times. I’m a Hilton Honors member and travel often. I will start going to Marriott from now on."

You can get to your room through the lobby but we were not told this to start. We were sent to the back of the building to a door which didn’t lock although it had keycard to swipe. The patrons all used that doorway to smoke. The back parking area is in disrepair and numerous times there were people...
