"The property was beautifully maintained. The check in/out was smooth. All staff were extremely helpful. Our room was very clean, and the cleaning folks were very good! Our balcony, beach front view was perfect for taking in sunsets! The beach was just across the street, and it was also staffed well. The restaurants were all great, as was the marina! We have zero complaints in our 7 day stay!"

"Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. Yes they gave us dessert and that was kind and we weren’t expecting anything but just felt our reservation could have been made to...

"This was a perfect location between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The plaza right next door had anything you may need. The pool was well maintained and stayed open until 10pm which we used nightly. The hot tub was a little too hot would be the only criticism I would make. Besides that, it was a perfect hotel!"

"Only thing we were disappointed in was the 7pm pool closing time. For such hot weather, we were very surprised to not have the chance for some evening swimming. Food at the BRGR Lounge was great! "What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral."

"Loved the suite! The space was perfect and comfortable. The staff was super nice as well. The building is old and there are areas where the carpet was stained and the walls were worn, but that did not distract from the room and overall experience. And the price is awesome.
