"The hotel is under new management again. Rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned, caught a glimpse inside the kitchen which explained why the food looked so awful so we walked out.

"Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". "Hotel was spectacular! Food was amazing, water slide was incredible. The arcade and bowling alley were cool, a little expensive. Beach was less than we expected.
