"We stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping should come and change garbage and sheets every 3rd night. No one came after the 3rd night even after I called reception. This is during holy week weekend, there’s no excuse of being a holiday for no one to work since this is a hospitality business. "

"Clean room though body wash and hand wash pumps were empty in main bedroom , staff were accommodating. Breakfast was fine though not much choices to choose. Pool was indoor so kids enjoyed a lot. "

"Even though the pool is heated, it'll take a couple of laps to get past the initial cooler temperature of the pool. No fault to the venue, but beware of families with large number of children as when we were there, the kids were constantly yelling, jumping and diving into the pool while other patrons were trying to swim. One of them even took a hose and started spraying their siblings. Also, unluckily on the day of check-in, they experienced a nation-wide computer outage so no one could check-in...

"A wonderful stay - we are a family of five and this accommodation met our needs completely. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to Westfield Bondi Junction which my children loved, and with public transport links at street level below the apartment block. It was also a 10 minute drive to Bondi and other beaches.
