Did not live up to expectations. The hotel is run down, food is overpriced and often cold. The pool was so absolutely disgusting, full of algae. We travelled as a group of 8 adults and 7 kids and required visits from the doctor from what we suspect to be the condition of the pool. We were refunded 3 nights of our 5 night stay. The pool was also closed after our group complained when checking out. The location is right on the beach but thereโ€™s not really anything else located close by. Better of staying actually in Canggu within close vicinity of Batu Bolong.

Urgent Renovation required!!!
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at our LV8 stay! Maybe it was a 5-Star Hotel 10years ago, but definitely NOT anymore! The Hotel is extremely outdated and needs a urgent complete overhaul and renovation! The room is big but smelly, AC very loud, water in one shower not working, etcโ€ฆ. The staff tried to be helpful but their English skills were not so goodโ€ฆ, at every Breakfast the order was not understood correctly and arrived wrongโ€ฆ, in the end I showed them pictures what we want. The really only positive point was the Pool and the nice Beach directly in front, but thatโ€™s about itโ€ฆ

HOTEL YANG SANGAT DISAYANGKAN
hotel ini benar tidak terawat,perabot usang, banyak lampu dalam kamar sudah gak hidup, kursi sudah mau patah masih dipakai, outdoor ac masa dipasang pas sebelah tempat tidur.. sangat berisik. hampir semua TRANIEE, sajikan minuman ke kamar tidak dikasih penutup di masa pandemi ? padahal di lokasi prime.. sangat menyayangkan
