"A wonderful time spent at the SMC resort. On this trip we didn't do the spa. It was a bit noisy than we're use to but we still had a relaxing time. We stayed as preferred club and not only was the service excellent in preferred but all over the resort. We cannot complain about the meals or our drinks and watching the entertainment outdoors under the moon and stars made it special. One drawback is they try to sell you timeshare but they did not pressure us when we declined. So thumbs up for SMC."

"The food was great, the property looked a little dated but the service was always there. I never waited for anything and that was awesome. I think it has the prettiest beach in cancun so if you are about the beach and the look of the water, this is the spot! I would go back 100% "

"I did not originally plan to stay at the Krystal Grand Cancun. My partner and I ended up there unexpectedly after leaving another resort due to a serious safety concern. At the time, we simply needed somewhere safe to stay on short notice. Unfortunately, dealing with this hotel afterward has turned into another frustrating experience.
