"The room was clean and exactly what we needed. Our only issue was that we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We were only there one night and my son was keen on staying longer to explore the grounds more.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The location can’t be beat if you are looking to do some hiking and visit the Miette hot springs.

"My only negative would be that the breakfast room is far too small to accommodate guests when at full capacity. Otherwise our stay was great and no breakfast was certainly not a deal breaker"
"The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back...
"Absolutely unforgettable, peaceful, and enjoyable stay. We loved it! Staff were so friendly and helpful too. So helpful to have gas and a market readily available. Would come back again! Sometimes you do hear a train passing by and tooting their horn, but I think it just adds to the charm of the place. We weren’t bothered by it at all. "
