"Place was clean, check in clerk was professional. No complaints. Until someone ran a tap upstairs and that made a terrible sound in the walls that sounded like a small drum that continued for a good part of the night. Wont stay again "

"I loved the cabins. Easy access to the property. Staff was kind and accommodating. The games room was alot of fun and able to stream the hockey game on the TV. The coffee and cookie station is a nice touch. The gift shop is nice for essentials needed for your stay and a few things in case you forgot the little things for a hike. Close to Folding Mountain Brewery for a eneving out. Looking forward to staying again when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and hot springs near by. "

"This place was great - welcoming staff, very peaceful, no frills and very affordable. Would come back anytime."

"Very nice and cozy room. Fireplace is wood only (not gas) and there are no elevators. Had to carry all our luggage up one flight of stairs. Very limited parking. Shower is very small. TV has no content guide. Staff is very friendly and the on-site restaurant is exceptional. Well located close to town and not on very busy Banff Avenue."

"The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back...
