"This hotel was everything we were looking for. Let’s start with an amazing location for visiting moraine and lake Louise. Absolutely perfect. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service which is on time and very convenient. Room was well appointed and had everything we need. One small gripe was that there was an annoying tapping sound from the pipes I think but after long days we got over it. Well equipped kitchen and restaurants did take outs which suited us. Overall an exceptional stay with super helpful staff. Highly recommend "

"Beautiful place in the heart of the downtown area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and was so nice and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. "

"The staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are excellent! The pool and hot tubs open early and close at 10 and were well maintained. Great indoor underground parking plus we appreciated the loaner bear spray for our hiking expeditions. The two bedroom suite was fabulous—we had everything we needed from in suite laundry to kitchen essentials and so much space! Clean, modern and fresh! 10/10 would recommend. "
