"Outdated old furniture in rooms , washrooms need upgrade , hooks behind washroom doors for hanging clothes came out , breakfast very basic , prices are high like other hotel chains like holiday inn are better , I will never use Ramada inn in future , wastage of money"

"No elevator in the lodge, so we hauled our suitcases up the stairs. We were anxious to watch FIFA World Cup soccer, but there was no TV in the room. The meals and drinks at the Lodge were way overpriced. The lodge is between Hinton and Jasper, so there are no nearby restaurants or food stores. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was great."

"Loved the setting and beautifully maintained and restored historic cabins. Sat on the porch until sundown and listened to the roar of the river below. Enjoyed morning on same porch with yummy coffee from the on property bistro. My pup could relax from road travel while keeping an eye on the resident squirrels. Will definitely go back!"

"Beautiful property. Very cute and quaint. The shower doors only open inward which makes zero sense. Unless you are very slender to fit around the door, you’re not getting a shower. Also, our jacuzzi tub jets randomly turned on in the middle of the night (empty, dry tub) which scared us pretty well, but we had a good laugh over it. Informed reception staff about the shower doors and jacuzzi tub and they couldn’t have cared less. That said, I’d totally stay again as it was such a beautiful and...

"Anybody visiting Jasper this is the place to stay. Ask for Room 104> King size bed, fire place, couch, and the usual amenities. As well the restaurant next door is definitely a 5*****. Staff were terrific, gave directions and suggestions on where to visit. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip West to Victoria"

"The cabin was dated along with the furnishings but it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It is about a 25 minute drive to Banff and Lake Louise and we had an awesome grizzly encounter right down the road on 1A with 3 grizzlies. The staff are great. There is a small grocery store that has essentials, beer, wine and the creamer you will need for your morning coffee provided."

"This property is dated, has outdoor room access only with no elevator, however everything was functional, clean, and the staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent, maybe just hard to find an empty table for our family! We would book again in a heartbeat"

"Lake Louise Inn has some nice amenities and a great location. Legends was a highlight - we ate there twice as there really isn’t much else in town that’s open for dinner/family friendly. It just seemed like it’s seen better days - little things like quality of linens, broken lights and outlets. Staff was sort of uneven - we got very little guidance or info on amenities. We were also disappointed that the gazebo was closed for a private event on our Saturday overnight."
