"The staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are excellent! The pool and hot tubs open early and close at 10 and were well maintained. Great indoor underground parking plus we appreciated the loaner bear spray for our hiking expeditions. The two bedroom suite was fabulous—we had everything we needed from in suite laundry to kitchen essentials and so much space! Clean, modern and fresh! 10/10 would recommend. "

"今回家族で利用しました。 立地が最高‼︎ 街の中心部にあった為、どこに行くにも便利。部屋は清潔‼︎ 部屋からのロケーションを重視するなら、グレードアップがオススメ‼︎ 駐車場はあったが、別料金でした。 スタッフの方は、泊まる前にキチンと連絡事項があればメールをくださったので、安心でした。 マイナスポイントはお風呂場の換気扇が壊れていた事と、部屋全体の照明が少なく暗かった事でした。"

"A quick 10 min drive to Banff’s main drag. Good location close to shuttle stops. The lodge was not sparkling clean with so-so bedding but the pull out mattresses were pretty comfortable. Minimal kitchen tools were just like everything else in the lodge, old. Staff were friendly and service was super fast. Garbage and beds were tended to daily. "
