"Good location. Nice, comfortable unit for the family. Some family member complained it was too hot without AC. Pool is small but still fun. Thanks for making the room everyday."

"The place served our needs well, accommodating 6 of us, even providing an extra cot for teenager. They had a free wine and cheese event just as we arrived, which was very nice. Location is great! Staff was so accommodating and friendly!"

"Great hotel stay. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Having restaurant on-site was helpful after late check-in. Staff was excellent. 15 minute walk to downtown with bus stop available in front of hotel. It should be noted that you do have to walk outside from elevator to room, so if it’s raining then you will get wet. Room and amenities were very good. View from room was partially blocked from hotel access the street."

"The property was in a great location. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The spa area was fabulous after long days of hiking. The restaurant attached had great food with even better prices. We really liked the complimentary bus passes that we received upon check in. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but other than that the room fit our needs and the beds were comfortable."

"Convenient location. Walked to restaurants and stores. Also walked to Bow River Trail, but turned back in rain. Next to a train track. Could hear trains rumble by in the night. We didn’t use pool but it looked nice. $12 breakfast at 7:00 was too late for us. Headed to Banff earlier. Room was clean, comfortable beds."
