"Yes the property is dated, but you would not use the room much except for sleeping...it's the remarkable views and the prime location why one should book this place!
It's the staff that make or break an experience! And every staff member I met was absolutely fantastic with top quality customer service!
Definitely returning :)
If you read any negative comments about this place/dinning experience, please ignore that rating. It is absolute BS. For a 4 star property it is top class...

"The check in was amazing and hotel staff are lovely.
Room was very clean, we stayed for a week. Would have liked the room to be cleaned once during our stay which didn't happen, room was small and the carpet become dirty.
The view was amazing from outside our room. The stairs to get to our room were problematic as they were aged, and felt unsafe.
Loved the location, very close to local shops where you coukd drive or walk, and the local park.
Most days we had swans and ducks visting which was...

"We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy.
The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...
