"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. "Enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the room. It was also very clean and seemed well maintained. Loved that Heavenly Village was walking distance and there were plenty of electric scooters to rent in the area if you’re feeling lazy to walk. The only real downside for me was how soft the bedding was. Mattress and pillows were too soft for my taste and I couldn’t really get a good nights rest. "The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"I really liked the convenience of self check in and out . The room was cute and cozy, it had all that we needed for our stay. It was also a clean space . The common kitchen was also great. Only thing was the slow wifi when we came back after being out , which is understandable since everyone was on it too. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Had no issues which we didn't have to be in touch with the owners . Will stay here again ."
