"My husband and I came for Memorial Weekend and this stay was a gem! The room was spacious but cozy and very clean. Check in was super easy and the staff were so helpful and kind our entire stay. It was also extremely close to Heavenly Village area so we could leave into town and come back to our room very conveniently. Our room even had a draw curtain in the middle so if you had multiple families staying in the room, they could use the pull out sofa and still close the curtain for their own...

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"The room was okay. Pillows very thin. I had tiny bugs in the bathroom which I informed the person in the office. He said he would let his pest control people know. That didn’t help me out any. There is a portable heater provided to make the room warm(er), which seemed odd for a motel/hotel to have."

"This is an older property that is showing it's age. The doors have actual keys and there is no additional security lock on the inside of the room. This made me uncomfortable as I was traveling alone. Therw was no smoke detector. The carpet is dirty and there are stains on the headboards. The baseboards in the bathroom were also covered in dust and grime. The bathroom sink in my unit had no counter space for toiletries.The inside hot tub surface is chipping and snagged my bathing suit. I had...

"The rooms were clean just had a weird smell but nothing to bad the ac was working so room was nice and cold working tv and microwave with a mini fridge it was nice and cozy the only thing is that the stairs are a bit old and need work staff was great they communicated perfectly no issues "

"Our room was very clean. The furniture and linens excellent. The hotel location is a short walk to Lake Tahoe beach. The staff was very helpful. The parking is ample, but very tight small spaces. The room maintenance needs to be improved. Only one out of the 3 lamps in the room worked. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. I would stay there again."
