"The front desk lady seems wasn’t that happy for her position to work there. Literally no welcome or anything no little chit-chat while doing the check in or so she’s just look like AI or better yet the AI much better. Didn’t even explain the garage key or any activity like a voucher or something and that’s very unsettling. Somehow the hotel room was great!!!! "

"Great location by the slopes and easy access to casinos and town. Great rooms and clean property with nice staff. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and burgers at Landshark. Would definitely stay again."

"The man in the office was rude. I explained to him that the tv wasn’t working instead of saying right away check to see if it was unplugged(cords were not visible.) he said all my stuff works on my property calling me a lier. Only outlet in the room was for the tv besides the one in the bathroom. Asked for an extra towel because they only give you one. He said I’m here alone I get you one later. 10 minutes later he’s walking to the back to do his laundry I never got my extra towel. There isn’t a noise restriction hour. People were slamming doors and yelling all night he wouldn’t do anything about it. Never again will I say here. "

"The hot tub was phenomenal, the bathroom was immaculate! Only thing I’ll say is that the walls are THIN and the hallways were a little dirty, but I’ve stated before and will again regardless. The hot tub is amazing!"
