Dreadful Dump
We were very disappointed with our accommodation. This was supposed to be a ‘Deluxe Apartment’. It was far from that! To start with the instructions for the car park didn’t say to use the fob to open the gate. The flat was shabby with peeling paint. The heater in the living room only blew out cold air. The whole place was damp. The kitchen stank of curry and we had to keep to door shut to stop the smell spreading everywhere. The beds were highly uncomfortable. The hardest I’ve ever had the misfortune to sleep on. In no way did this place look anything like the advertised pictures. It was so bad we couldn’t stay another night and ended up booking elsewhere.

got to the hotel and was no way in, phoned the number and a rude lady answered saying we had not payed the deposit but this was not stated anywhere after waiting for two hours in the cold was told we could not stay and had to find another hotel on New Years ever aweful service in a awful area do not go here

Pleasant studio apartment in a convenient location
Pleasant studio apartment in a convenient location; secure parking; convenience store and pub nearby. Lovely riverside stroll into city centre. Only grumble was getting in; slow communication from hosts - they wanted me to pay a damage deposit and sign an agreement of terms, but didn't warn me that they would send a link, and forgot to send the link until I nagged them.

Lovation is great and studio is very comfortable. The only down side is the check-in process. It is relatively straight forward once you receive the email on how to check in but I had to email numerous times, including on the check-in day to receive any information on the process. The same is true for other guests that I had to help check-in.

Worst is communication ever
Took me three hours to check-in after contacting them many times then the heating packed up and no one came to fix it was freezing all night worst place ever communication not very good in fact was disgusting And then they apologise and offer 20% refund told him not interested as been let down too much rather give the review so other people can know

A puzzle
It was an experience and an unexpected adventure. To gain access to the apartment we had to make a few telephone calls to clear a deposit and wait for further instructions... apparently these instructions were previously sent to me? The area is slightly out of walking reach to the centre but the No. 2 bus ran every 10 minutes. We are a family of 5 and expected beds for all of us, as stated there was to be two double beds and a bed settee.. the bed settee did not exist, leaving the three kids in one bed! The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't to our standard, the oven, bathroom were not perfectly clean and there was no cleaning materials available to clean up anything. We were there for three days and there was no housekeeping, therefore the basic cleaning material would have been useful. There was some renovations going on in the building, therefore some dust made the entrance look untidy but at least the workmen were very friendly and helpful.

No estaba limpio...
No había limpiado el baño. Mejor me evito describirlo... Buena situación y precio pero si pueden reservar un sitio más decente, es preferible.
