"Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Had fantastic views from the top floor. We were on floor 28 and the skyline was great. Bed very comfortable and it was expected from a 4* hotel. Chicago is a business city, reminded me of a bar man set as its high rised buildings and slightly darker from the shadows of these buildings. Locally there was a few cafes and coffee shops for easy reach for breakfast "

"Friendly staff, they greet you when you come in, I even overheard one giving local recommendations to a couple. I liked the talk ceilings in the rooms, the bed and pillows were actually comfortable. It is located right next to a a train station which actually had a lot of street space for a drop off/pick up. "

"The staff was nice. The property was a little outdated. The air conditioner in the room was terribly loud and made it very difficult to get any sleep. I checked out and went to leave and my vehicle had been blocked in by the valet for the restaurant in the hotel. I would’ve had no way to figure it out if it weren’t for another couple trying to check out and leave the parking lot and discovering the same thing. I used SpotHero to pay for parking in a lot the hotel did not own yet the hotels...

"There was a bit of a complicated check in with the email registration form, then the text with the access code. Code didn’t work initially but went back down to get a new one. Staff was hospitable.
Place is having a face lift for the Marriott change over. Needs some minor repair and painting in the room and more lighting.
Bathroom was clean but the shower tray looked poor. Has stains and appears to be older."
