"It was a great stay"

"The Hotel was centrally located walking distance to the main sights in the area. The staff was very professional and friendly. The amenities were great and included an excellent breakfast, free bottle water, and cocktail hour everyday. The room was spacious and modernly furnished. "

"It was difficult to get any service or help on the weekend. We were out of toilet paper and couldn't find anyone to help. We had to go buy some. Too expensive to be ghosted like that. Never again."

"The attention to service was amazing. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times, especially Iris and Jorje. It was a lovely haven, and central to all transport and lots of walks. The room was lovely and also very clean, and the breakfast food and breakfast room were beautiful. Thank you for contributing to a memorable stay, Dare Lisbon River Hotel. I thoroughly recommend it. "

"Cute and affordable hotel. The staff was exceptional! A bit noisy for older people who need to sleep down by Pink Street. But it also added to the charm when hearing and seeing the young ones have fun as we were young once."

"We arrived in Lisbon very early (630am) so understandably the room wasn't available until the stated time of 3pm. There was a lot of food options in the area for breakfast and dinner - nightlife in the pink street if that's your thing too. The room was awkward with little counterspace, and having to walk over the foot of the bed to get to the other side, but that's part of the charm. Breakfast is included which was delicious! The eggs benedict was a very nice touch!"

"Place is crazy! Great location. Definitely party central. Unfortunately I upgraded and paid extra for a sauna that never became hot and did not get credit. That sucked. But the hotel was unique and cool and super fun. "

"A acomodação é excelente. Blindagem acústica. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Utensílios de cozinha novos. Chuveiro excelente. Check-in fácil e sem problemas. Limpo e confortável. Localização boa para você ir para o norte e o sul de Lisboa. Mercados e restaurantes perto, mas não fica na barulheira boêmia. Tudo certo!"

"Our group had a really pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. There were plenty of restaurants outside including TimeOut market. But it did get noisy at night since it was surrounded by bars. Also the pillows were terrible and lumpy so I suggest that the hotels invest in new ones and mirrors for the bedrooms. "

"A hospedagem estava limpa e confortável porém o banheiro não ficava dentro do nosso quarto e isso foi um incomodo pra nos pois são 3 quartos no mesmo local comum. A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa tudo estava impecável, só não gostamos mesmo do banheiro privativo fora do quarto. Saímos na madrugada e o local era bem estranho nesse horário. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
