"This is a great hotel to stay at, with excellent facilities in the rooms. The staff are exceedingly friendly and very helpful. In addition to large amounts of storage, the rooms are fully equipped with a small oven, a hob, a dishwasher, stacks of plates, silverware, a very large fridge / freezer, and a TV. The bathroom is amazing! We'll definitely use this hotel for future stays!!"

"Let me start by saying they have the best hotel reception staff ever. Truly. Down to earth, genuinely cool, helpful, all around amazing. The “concept” of the box design room though is not for everyone. It’s more of a capsule hotel. I found many aspects of the box a bit frustrating: the room lacks basic amenities (think ledges for your toiletries bags, a ledge in the shower for your soap/toiletries, basic hooks for towels, etc). It’s frustrating because these “hyper-minimalist designs” sometimes...

"Clean and spacious room overlooking the square. Despite me being very frazzled on arrival after a long wait at immigration ( new rules) the staff were marvellous, kind and accommodating. Thank you ."

"The rooms were very clean and the king suze bed was very comfortable. Everything worked as it should and the robes, slippers, fruit, water and chocolate were welcomed added amenities. I absolutely adored the staff. They were extremely nice, helpful, kind, and genuine in their service. I was truly surprised when the manager offered me breakfast after my 3 hour wait at customs. Unfortunately, I was too tired to accept but the next day I did have breakfast at the hotel and the food was fantastic....

"This was a newer hotel and in a nice area, walkable to lots of spots. However I wouldn’t recommend it for couples. The room was so small. It isn’t made for a couple or family, just a single. The bathroom was awful though. For the price and for a single traveler it’s good, but families and couples pick something else."

"It is in nice location. It is Gaia which is across the river from Porto but not as crowded. Nice views of Porto during sunset and nights. Very convenient for tarnsportation."

"Very kind staff, location difficult to access by car, no parking on site (daily parking rate in local garage about $60). Pictures don’t represent the actual atmosphere of the hotel. Overall we had a good time but wouldn’t come back."
