"My daughter and I spent last week at the Cairns, Crystalbrook Flynn. From the check-in procedure to the check-out procedure, we were treated very well by all staff. The reception staff including Michaela, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were all pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Five star location. Our stay was an absolute delight. Thank you."

"Staff were so helpful and the hotel was beautiful, the room was big and had a stunning view of the esplanade park. I asked for a doona and they brought it up to me and remade the bed. Hotel is close to the ferry departure points for trips to the reef. We will stay here again."

"I loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the view of the pool from our room was brilliant. One thing that I wasn’t a huge fan of was there was no room service where you could order food. As the room isn’t self contained sometimes it would have been nice if you could order food directly to your room. Also paper crane restaurant was a little disappointing as being a part of the hotel and being an Asian infused restaurant I would have liked to of ordered a fried rice, but no fried rice on the menu....
