If the hotel had been budget-friendly, I might have understood—but given the price, this is completely ridiculous. The hotel was about 80% empty. After staying 4 days, we had to leave at 4 a.m. due to a car glitch—and had to carry our trash bags ourselves because there were no elevators to the garage. This experience was unacceptable and very frustrating."
