"We stayed in Mantra for a week and loved it. A large well decorated apartment with views over the inlet, so close to shops and restaurants, and great facilities for travellers on the go. "My husband and I recently stayed for 6 nights, Jo and Gary were very helpful and pleasant. They accommodated an early check in and a late check out as we had to wait for our ride to the airport. The room was very comfortable and spacious having everything you need for a home away from home. Everything in Port Douglas was only a short walk away. Thank you Gary and Jo for making our stay comfortable. We will definitely stay again."

"This was a beautiful little hotel. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. I was looking forward to doing some laundry while here on my one night stay but the young man from the front desk had 1 of the 2 washing machines and the only dryer tied up most of the day so I was not able to get any laundry done. Even when I told him I had a short time to stay, he did not offer to let me go ahead of him and use the dryer, which takes over an hour to dry clothes. I could have stayed at the hotel for the rest of the day to get my laundry done but I wanted to get out and explore the beautiful little town and I’m hoping to do laundry at my next hotel."
