Situated on an amazing island and in a beautiful national park; but resort looks a bit tired and in need of a good clean and spruce up. Beach cabin room was lovely right on the beach but no bedside lamps or low lighting. Main restaurant food was good but pricey; Foxy’s bar / casual eatery was great ...

Loved our honeymoon. Wonderful location, staff, pools, pool at, the room was perfect. Five stars. The negatives: The TV casting for Netflix etc was shockingly terrible and unreliable. Cannot recommend the coffee as it's so bad (barista made).

Great stay, could hear the live music they have on a Sat and Sun from the pub on the corner which was great out on the balcony. Pool was great for the kids and great location to walk out to the main strip where there’s a playground on the foreshore and restaurants. Will stay again one day!

We wanted to end our trip with a few days in Cairns, to travel to the reef and be on a beach. What a fantastic place we found! The top floor room has exactly the beautiful view that is advertised - everything and everyone was so nice. Restaurants in easy walking distance, too.
