"Great hotel for the price. Our room was clean, had a comfy bed, and was quite large with a king size bed. There were limited ammenities at the hotel, but good food and coffee was a quick walk away. We really enjoyed the Jazz Showcase (2 blocks) and the neighborhood wine bar (2 blocks)."

"The restaurant is under construction and we weren’t notified prior to booking. There was a race scheduled for Sunday morning and it make valet check out impossible, the hotel staff (Sashon) didn’t notify us during check in. And Sunday he was very condescending and rude during the checkout. "If you want to be central to downtown Chicago this is the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Great rooftop bar and 2 attached restaurants you can go to if you don't want to travel outside the hotel. However, the hotel pillows are trash. Bring your own pillow if you dont want a stiff neck"

"Perfect room size for 2+1. The river view was breathtaking especially in the late evening while serenade of colors highlighted other buildings surrounding the Trump Tower hotel. "Excellent location, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with 20th floor city views, clean and spacious rooms. We tried the on-site restaurant as a “last resort” due to cold, rainy weather and we were glad we did… food and service were very good. Only caution is related to the shower. Ours was a shower within a very deep tub that could have been a challenge for families with children or anyone with even slight mobility challenges.
