The pool bar staff and the lady in charge, Yolanda is fantastic, they run themselves off their feet to serve everyone. The rooms are clean and well services, however, they forget to bring clean towels on some occasions. The staff on the nights we ate at the buffet, were terrible. The lady who operated the buffet bar, was rude, shut off the icecream machine an hour before the buffet shut down time....

"Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop.
