"The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back"

"Mixed feelings about this stay. Staff were fine, and breakfast was decent. However, as a handicapped person, I found the room not very functional. It was small, and had no shower chair in the bathroom, although otherwise the bathroom was accessible.
My biggest problem was the bed. Why are hotels doing beds so high that you need a ladder to get into them!? This one broke the record, it was up to my waist! I ended up scrunching onto this weird lounger piece of furniture, to sleep. I just can’t see...

"I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this property, especially for the price. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. Also, we ate at Wings Bar & Grill and it was good too. Great property. *One note, when you book a shuttle to the airport for example at 6am, and they tell you to be in the lobby by 545am, you better be on the shuttle by 545am not in the lobby. They almost left without me!"

"The room was so clean and the staff treat you so nice. The exercise room was very clean. The pool room was clean. Windows was shiny. Everything seems to be well taken care of it smell so clean when you walk in the hotel your room smell even cleaner I can go on and on but I know one thing anything you need to go to Walmart the stores restaurants around within 2 to 3 minutes we will be back again. A perfect place to stay at wonderful."
