"We arrived @ 1:pm maybe later from a 11hr road trip from NC. The Hotel Staff who greeted me told me that our room would not be ready until 4pm even though we had prepaid for 4 nights. He said the hotel " sold out the night before and it was taking longer to get the rooms cleared. Ok but after staying at this hotel for 4 nights, there was no way it was sold out the night be. This is a Hidden Gem highly recommend. 5 ***** across the board "

"I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily opened the window and gained entry. The walls and ceiling are very thin and I heard every sound coming from the hallway and above me, making it hard to stay asleep."

"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room heater if we feel hot or cold. The room heater doesn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have hot water. "

"the tub was nasty and filthy a ring a black ring around the tub and towel. the room wasn't touched at all. the bathroom didn't had property lighting in it at all. the rug was filthy and nasty. the air conditioner was molded inside dusty and dirty. black mold around the room and big cockroach bugs in the room. I want a full refund of my stay I would never visit a filthy motel this filthy motel ever again."
