"Our stay was amazing! We walked in super early expecting to leave our luggage and explore until we could check in but our room was ready! The room was super clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. They have water bottles and filtered water dispensers on every floor that guests could use for free! Summer heat in NYC is no joke so the free water is a great perk. Staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, always greeting us when we walked in and out of the hotel. It was an amazing stay so...

"I saw reviews of how clean this place is, I went by it. I'm not sure where everyone else has been to prior, I got 2 rooms, some things were not working, we got new rooms next day. Those new rooms the exact same thing. Carpet is very dirty, I mean it, just because it's dark color doesn't mean you can tell how dirty it is. Beds are WAY TOO SMALL, rooms are SUPER SMALL, not fair for the price, bathrooms are super tiny, it's ok for one night emergency type, but I won't stay here for a week. To get...
