"The staff were the kindest absolute hats off to the staff A+. Check-in was fast, there was a water filling station on each floor with bottles (love those). The hotel itself is pretty minimal, I hate to say it wasn’t the best understanding the availability in Manhattan, but when there isn’t a place to hang 2 towels plus toiletries, it gets a little rough. The club room, being the smallest room, would be more comfortable for 1 person rather than 2. I did really appreciate the lounge upstairs as...

"Location was great— a little away from everything but close to time square. The room was a great size for NYC and renovated. Staff were super friendly. Definitely would come back."
