"The rooms were very large compared to the other hotels we've ever stayed in. The rooms were clean, and even though we didn't go to the pool, it looked inviting and nice. The hotel itself was clean and inviting. The breakfast was nice, and the area was also inviting. The only thing I would say about the breakfast itself was that there weren't any pastries like donuts (not that we needed it, but it would have been nice as an option). The sausage was a cheap patty and wasn't really that good. The Texas waffle maker was a nice touch! The parking was a bit of a challenge if you came in late. Getting to the hotel was a little crazy due to where it is located, but once we figured it out (on the last day), it worked. We were right by the elevator and did not hear it opening or any noise within the hotel halls when people were talking. We had some extenuating circumstances with our stay, no fault of Comfort Inn, they were EXTREMELY in tune to our frustration, and their communication between everyone involved was top notch! No other hotel would have probably gone to the extent this Comfort Inn did in order to remedy the situation. Their customer service desk was outstanding from check-in to check-out and everything in between. I would stay @ this hotel anytime we are in Waco. I know the picture of the towels seems a bit weird, but we go on a lot of cruises, and the talent this person had was worthy of cruise ship praise!"
