1. The room wasn’t clean, rings on the coffee table, i wiped the rings away with a wet towel and the towel was very dirty. I then decided to wipe every surface. There was a spiderweb in the bathroom.
2. The television didn’t work, i was originally told it would be taken care of at 11am the following day. Someone did end up coming and determined the connection was loose.
3. Upstairs was very loud, tried to call the front desk but got no answer.
4. Breakfast started at 7am on Saturday, we arrived at 7. There was no fruit left, (they ran of out of fruit the day before), no water, ( the water dispenser was “out of order” but they couldn’t provide water bottles) no bread. The microwave was broken. There were muffins, honey buns, waffles and cereal. The milk for the cereal was opened in the refrigerator. The coffee was ok but the juice tasted like it was about to go bad. Keep in mind they knew they were fully booked but did nothing to accommodate their customers.
