On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. "Hotel 5 bintang yg baik. Kolam renang yg besar dan sesuai utk keluarga atau pasangan. Cuma club lounge hotel ini tidak memuaskan & tidak dilokasi yg baik dan perlu dipertingkatkan seiring dgn hotel & rangkaian pengurusan hotel yg bertaraf antarabangsa. Akan melawat hotel ini di masa akan datang."
