"Location is great as it’s right off the main Whistler village. The staff is courteous and friendly. The property is a bit dated but overall it’s acceptable for the price."

"Breakfast included was a nice surprise. We had booked a room with a balcony so we could have coffee outside in the morning unfortunately the guy below was smoking. I told the front desk the first day and the second day he was still out there smoking. Not really the hotels fault but hopefully he was talked to"

"The front desk staff, especially Mariam ( I believe was her name), could not have done any more for us. She was exceptionally helpful and accomdationing!"

"Bedding was stained upon arrival. Unable to get ahold of the staff in charge of our unit. Asked to change rooms and front desk staff could also not get ahold of owner. When asked for new sheets we were given a blanket with black long hairs all over it."

"The elevator did not work for 24 hrs from 10:00 at night till 10 in the morning . This was terrible for Check out.also not good instructions to do check in"

"Friendly helpful staff, included bikes, paddle boards and kayaks for use for a few hours. Rooms clean and great temperature. Prompt free shuttle into Whistler town centre. Food was great quality and reasonably priced. Unfortunately there is a substantial charge for parking which needs to be factored in when staying."
