There were a couple of minor glitches as the flat had not been used for a few months, but Vanessa, our outstanding host, attended to them immediately and effectively. "We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. It had so much character and was in an absolutely idillic location. We left our glasses behind and before we had even boarded our flight home the hotel had called and informed us that they had found them. They went above and beyond to ensure that the glasses were shipped all the way back to Canada and were so very gracious and covered the shipping cost - which I can only imagine was not minimal in these times! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay...
