I stayed here as my flight was 9 hours late, the last bus had left and the airport hotels were full. It was close to 11.30pm when I arrived.
I asked the receptionist if he could give me some toothpaste (as it was the one toiletry item I didn’t have). He had no stocks and he referred me to the vending machines. The ones I found only had beverages and snacks.
When I went to my room I discovered it didn’t have a usb port and my phone needed to be charged. I asked the receptionist if I could borrow an adaptor (I only had my Italian one). He was extremely reluctant to lend me one and I really had to grovel. He did eventually give me one.
I appreciated the complementary water.
This is not the best hotel to stay in when you are stranded like I was. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He made no allowances for my situation. While I am Irish - I think this customer service doesn’t reflect well on the so called Irish welcome ! I paid €182.25 for a few hours (left at 8.10am). While the room was fine, the whole experience was disappointing.
