I always enjoying staying at the Clayton Burlington because of the staff. They’ve always treated me well and the location fits what I need. The breakfast is wonderful, which is a great bonus.
We didn't have breakfast as plenty of options locally and we were keen to explore. Great room. Bar didn't have the greatest selection of soft drinks but we were fine to work around that.
Great hotel, but the staff are exceptional. Every interaction with them was excellent and I hope that they are valued as much as they should be. Have stayed twice and that’s the overriding impression when I leave.
I had a great time in Dublin and the Clayton Hotel was a big part of that. The room was spacious and refreshed whenenver I wanted. The location is the perfect, close to the city centre, bus stop right outside with several lines. The 700 bus is a direct one to DUB. I will definitely go back.
Good location with an excellent staff. Rooms could be cleaner. There was a lot of dust underneath the desk area and on the wires.

Staff helpful, don't take the rooms next to the gym…
Everything was almost spotless, with the exception of a couple of small incidents in my room cleaning process, but nothing that would affect my score.
I would like a special mention of the breakfast staff, specially Saul and his special service and attitude. Really professional and friendly. Strongly recommend this hotel.
Clean hotel off of a quiet road. not much to do around in the immediate area, but not a far walk from Ranelagh or Ballsbridge. i was originally put in a room next to noisy teenagers but they quickly moved me to a new room once I asked - no questions asked. didnt use the restaurants or bar, but the gym was adequate. Also appreciated the free water bottles. my biggest gripe was that if you had rooms that n the lower digits on each floor, it was a trek from the elevators. but wasn’t an issue for me, but can see it being tough for anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderful hotel, comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Hope to stay again when next in Dublin.
The Clayton is generally great, and offers good value, really nice rooms and particularly fantastic staff (who rate 11/10). However, I would say that if you are booking because of car parking availability, hotel guests should be aware that the hotel hosts a lot of large corporate functions - on these nights the hotel car park is over-run and closed off, and there is no other option nearby (pay-and-display in the area starts at 7am). In my circumstances this week, this was a major problem. If you are booking a stay, you may want to check what functions and weddings may be planned and make other arrangements if parking is important to you. I don't know if they book parking spaces ahead for guests, but would be worth asking.
