The apartment was nice and spacious and it was great to have a full size oven with four burner hob. The kitchen/dining/living room combo was great. Having the washer & dryer in suite was great. "This property is nice and very newly renovated. The rooms and the common areas are decorated beautifully. My room and all the common areas were very clean. The front facing staff could use a little work. My check in process was very awkward and every interaction with the reception staff with different people were all equally as awkward. "Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again. "

"The room was very clean and the hotel staff extremely accommodating, especially with dinner reservations. When we checked in, the kitchen wasn't serving food, so the manager had a concierge walk us to a sister hotel for lunch and they took care of our meal due to the inconvenience. It was a very nice gesture and was totally unexpected. The location is central to everything! Highly recommend staying here."
