"Hotel accogliente e comodo per il centro, nonostante non sia vicinissimo (Bus E1 ed E2). Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Personale gentile e per il compleanno del mio fidanzato avevo chiesto semplicemente un messaggio di auguri su tv o carta e invece loro hanno preparato un piatto con una tortina al centro e la scritta di auguri di cioccolato. "The property is very central and well-maintained. Super friendly staff. The bar, restaurants and coffee shop are all wonderful, and it's extremely convenient to have all the amenities in the hotel. This is one of those hotels that does not have closets, drawers, or hangers in the room. There are pegs where you can drape things from the wall, but that's it. I stayed in a studio room, which I imagine is the tiniest one they offer, and it is *tiny.* This is an awesome location and great amenities...

"Very good location using buses to city centre. Note: must have a LEAP card or coins for the bus as no credit card can be used to pay for bus travel. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings."
