"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were really helpful, friendly and enthusiastic and the place was clean. I was disappointed with the gym, old and In maintained and the breakfast was very basic, cheap and uninspiring. Nothing was “food labelled” but a sign said ask a member of staff for allergy details. There wasn’t anyone to ask."

" Nice and easy check-in BUT warning, our taxi dropped us off outside the door and then drove off. It now appears that no thank you they may be fined because they did not come into the hotel to input their registration before driving off. I do find this a bit bizarre. Other than that the accommodation was good, the drinks were slightly more than I would pay in London, but acceptable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice of food. Checkout was simple and the airport was a 10 minute walk away. So overall score 9 out of 10. "

"When making the booking it wasn't made clear that I wasn't speaking to the Hotel and would therefor have to pay a parking fee and also for meals it was necessary to walk round to the Ramada. Being semi disabled and having just undertaken a lengthy cross country drive, I was not amused. Staff were as helpful as possible."

"A fair few issues with the room - especially noise. There was a regular clicking noise in the bathroom that could be heard from the bed. The automatic doors made a sliding noise that could be heard from the bed. If I wasn't so tired, and arriving so late, I would have left. Carpet covered in marks. Walls have painting chipping. Couldn't tell if it was a mural or a painting above the bed. Shower head is broken - directing most of water at the wall. Aircon was broken. Didn't work at all. So no air in the room. Late check out though, so, you know - not hell"

"Ideal hotel for people who love fleeting sightings of a cat, piles of discarded rubbish and WiFi that lets you watch about 20% of your program before stopping. The photos of the hotel are very... generous. But I'd imagine, like us, people staying here are only doing so for it's proximity to the airport. The bed was comfy, the shower worked fine (just don't put it on full power if you value having skin left) and it was quiet. We were only there 6-7hours before our early flight. I would stay again if I was flying early or missed the cat."
