"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "

"We loved our stay here! Everywhere was spotless, the room was cozy and the bed comfortable. I loved the pool, and was pleased there was a sauna in the room and that the pool had an in-built jacuzzi. "The room was lovely, clean and a decent size. The twin beds were like two small double beds, which was amazing, I hate sleeping in a single bed!! Breakfast was buffet style and had a really good selection, the only downside was you couldn’t get a proper cup of tea! The water came out a multi drink machine, so the tea ended up looking frothy (not nice). That aside, we had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again. "

"Everything from the staff to the decor was wonderful. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but as soon as you walk in you know you're going to have a great stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were equally friendly. I had a ton in the courtyard and it was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again. "
