The Queens Hotel & Victoria Cloisters
Hotel feels old and tired as if it was updated in the 1990’s and has not had much done with it since. Rooms clean, but bed was lumpy, duvet thin and quite short in length, shower looked retrofitted by a Soviet era designed and my room the overlooked the Ouse lack adequate soundproofing of the window ...

Middletons Hotel
The towels had make up on them. We were unsure if the sheets had been changed and honestly... The room was just quite small. Actually smaller than going to an Ibis or Premier Inn or something and was considerably more expensive. So overall we weren't impressed

We arrived 3 hrs prior to check-in time with a view of just dropping off our luggage while we went to the theatre matinée.
