"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "

"Overall a very pleasant stay, it was a very hot day so the room was hot but it did have portable fan. Welcome and service by the staff was excellent. The main entrance door has a strong spring on it so very noisy when people allowed it to slam shut. Will stay again and try a cottage. "
