"This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if Iโm going back to Bintan."

"I booked the Family Suite room and it was amazing. The toilets were spotless and the breakfast buffet food was delicious, especially the eggs. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us whenever we met them. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and definitely deserves 5 stars!"
