"Nice property…bed was very comfortable and a lot of activities and sights are within walking distance. The elevators can be crowded at peak times. The lobby bar is very nice and a variety of restaurants in the area. River Walk area very close by and subway stations are 10-15 minutes walk away as well. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. "My niece and I loved it here! Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the scent of the bathroom toiletries. Nice view of city from our room. Convenient location with lots of good restaurants close by. Not far to get to train. Love that they allow dogs & cats. (We didn’t bring our dogs but it was nice to see a dog there). Very quiet room. Wasn’t the typical loud hallways and slamming doors situation. Would absolutely stay here again!"
