"Although I love the room and the space. I even enjoyed the staff in the gift shop. The staff in the sports bar, ballet were not ideal. They seem bothered and borderline rude. We had children with us in a pretty big group that was enjoying themselves and they made us feel like we did not belong or that we were inconvenience. I spent a lot of money with the resort this weekend was disappointed"

"The hot tub had a foul smell. Pool had a lot of tree leaves and was ice cold not heated. Robes were not in on our room. I stated it was our anniversary and it was not mentioned. Front desk with the exception of James did not give is info regarding the hotel unless we asked. Pretty hotel but cold feeling."

"I enjoy staying at Santa Ana hotel because the staff are always friendly, rooms are always clean, cozy and beautiful views of the Sandia mountains! "

"I’m so happy to find this property and not expensive for a Saturday night for how nice it is! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful! My room was very clean and cozy! The bed is very comfy! It’s quiet! It’s refreshing and relaxing! The restaurant was very convenient and nice after a long day of driving! The staff was really nice and assertive. The bartender made a great dirty martini and was very nice as well! I’d definitely stay here again! :) "

"Old Town Abuquerque with the charm of an old hotel and its ridiculously large and comfortable lobby. Nice. Utilized the house restaurant with nice food and a particularly inviting protected patio area."
