"Nothing in room as far as a bar Took staff 40 minutes to 4 hours to clean room Had to ask for towels so we could take a shower room was cleaned 1 x our entire stay. "

"Firstly we were a group of 4 and had a single luggage wrack we went to ask for another one and there were no more. Then from 8:30-10:30 on our first night there was a piercing screech in the lobby that preventing us from sleeping that took forever to get resolved. And you had to use your cell phone to call the front desk cause the phone in the room didn’t work. Then the temperature gauge didn’t work properly and the vent blew cold air right where our heads were so no one could really sleep well. Considering how much we paid for this hotel we were highly unimpressed…"

"The hotel is fine - just ok. Beach chairs were dated - the pool area is small and crowded. The restaurant service was very slow and the food 4/10. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is wonderful. The only issue room wise is you can hear your neighbors clearly. I like the hotel - it isnt the best/worst place I ever stayed. Will book elsewhere if bact in Ft. Lauderdale. "

"The room was disgusting. Hair all over the floor and bathroom shower. Stains on the bed sheets. I tried talking to the front desk agent to have room cleaned. She tried to explain to me that that’s how the broom works. It doesn’t actually pick up the hair it just pushes it to the corners. I asked if they could vacuum it up she said they didn’t have a vacuum. The fact that she was trying to justify that that’s how they clean was horrendous! I tried canceling hotel but they would not let me. I have to go to Walgreens and buy both Lysol wipes and spray. I don’t believe this room had been cleaned at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Not worth the cheap price. "

"This is not a hotel. It is a cheap “hourly like motel” at best. The pictures do not match the actual property. The property is filthy, unsafe, and has mold. We did not stay for even 10 minutes. Completely disgusting. Health department should visit."

"We were provided minimal amounts of toilet paper and towels. They don't really clean the nooks and crannies of the bathroom but the bedroom section was good."
