"The place is nice. The pool area is nice. We felt like it nickled and dimed you for everything. If you wanted a pool lounge chair closest to fence to be able to look out while by the pool, you had to pay to rent it. These should have bee included. There were lounge chairs in front of the resort, on the beach, that also had to be rented. The place next door provided those for their guest. With my family of 4, we would have paid $ 60a day to sit by the beach or at the pool looking out at the beach. The cost of the hotel is not worth the price for what you get. The drinks were ridiculously expensive at the hotel bar and pool bar, 2 drinks $40. "

"Firstly we were a group of 4 and had a single luggage wrack we went to ask for another one and there were no more. Then from 8:30-10:30 on our first night there was a piercing screech in the lobby that preventing us from sleeping that took forever to get resolved. And you had to use your cell phone to call the front desk cause the phone in the room didn’t work. Then the temperature gauge didn’t work properly and the vent blew cold air right where our heads were so no one could really sleep well. Considering how much we paid for this hotel we were highly unimpressed…"

"The room was disgusting. Hair all over the floor and bathroom shower. Stains on the bed sheets. I tried talking to the front desk agent to have room cleaned. She tried to explain to me that that’s how the broom works. It doesn’t actually pick up the hair it just pushes it to the corners. I asked if they could vacuum it up she said they didn’t have a vacuum. The fact that she was trying to justify that that’s how they clean was horrendous! I tried canceling hotel but they would not let me. I have to go to Walgreens and buy both Lysol wipes and spray. I don’t believe this room had been cleaned at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Not worth the cheap price. "

"This is not a hotel. It is a cheap “hourly like motel” at best. The pictures do not match the actual property. The property is filthy, unsafe, and has mold. We did not stay for even 10 minutes. Completely disgusting. Health department should visit."

"We were provided minimal amounts of toilet paper and towels. They don't really clean the nooks and crannies of the bathroom but the bedroom section was good."
