"I am so pleased with this hotel! I have to say that the customer service was absolutely outstanding. They were very laid-back and accommodating to all of their guests. The room was perfect for our family of four.. we got the two bedroom suite. It was not oversized, but gave a little separation and added space. The pool was smaller, but was exactly what we needed at the end of a beach day or just relax. The food at the greenhouse restaurant was great and well priced. The electric bikes and the complimentary shuttle were absolutely amazing, and we took full advantage. The location was right in the middle of everything and the area was safe. Grocery store, coffee and CVS across the street. You just never know when you’re booking online until you get there, but I would absolutely give this place raving reviews on all fronts!! "

"Great staff, clean room, great amenities, right on the beach(private beach) and in walking distance to so many great things/sights. The bed was comfortable. The pools were nice but the beach access and ocean is where it’s at!! We will return "

"The hotel was beautiful and nice partial view from our balcony of the ocean. Staff was excellent and helpful. The rental equipment stand was a rip off and their equipment was old and broken, exception of jet skiis which were fun. Boogie boards were garbage and the beach chairs were in bad shape. My son got quite a gash on his leg from the broken metal sticking out of the chair. The miniature golf was a waste of time, they charged a fortune and it was like playing in a nuclear wasteland. Dont waste your time or your money. I can't believe they charge for that at all. Breakfast was included, was mediocre but please somebody take the time to clean the tips of the mustard and ketchup bottles daily. They were gross. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Everything was perfect!! Beautiful hotel and environment around the hotel,clean establishment, very close to beach access, from our balcony and bed we had an excellent view of the body of water where boats travel behind the hotel . Top notch!!"
